Packing all of William’s refrigeration know how into a single-door upright unit, the RPC1T is a Retarder Prover capable of holding 18’X30’ bakery trays. Incorporating user-friendly DoughMaster control technology, it uses intelligent steam generation to reduce energy wastage while automatic temperature control ensures the product remains in perfect condition. User friendly, touch screen DoughMaster Control panel with PC quality graphics. The simple to programme DoughMaster features intelligent steam calculation and generation to reduce wasted energy whilst the automatic control of retarding temperature ensure products remain in prime condition.
