Gram, founded in 1901 by Hans Gram, initially focused on machine manufacturing and electrical installations before branching into refrigeration equipment seven years later. The GRAM Snowflake range presents an innovative solution with its versatile Blast Chiller/Freezer, the standalone model from the GRAM SBU series. Engineered to meet the highest hygiene standards, these counter fridges facilitate the seamless transition from cooking to chilling, ensuring the preservation of valuable produce. Externally, they feature a user-friendly digital control panel, a right-hand hinged reversible door for flexibility, and height-adjustable legs for convenience. The inclusion of a defrost drip tray on the outer base enhances maintenance. Internally, equipped with a core probe and a removable wire rack for 1/1 GN trays, these fridges offer ample storage capacity, accommodating up to five trays. Compliant with HACCP guidelines, they ensure food safety with automatic shifting to storage mode post-chilling/freezing and visual alarms in case of power failure or temperature deviations. The hinged fan cover panel allows easy access to the evaporator and fan for cleaning, further simplifying maintenance tasks. Offering versatility, these counter fridges provide different operational modes, whether time-controlled or temperature-controlled via the core probe, catering to various culinary needs with precision and efficiency.
