Gram, founded in 1901 by Hans Gram, initially focused on machine manufacturing and electrical installations before branching into refrigeration equipment seven years later. Gram was eventually taken over by Hoshizaki, established in Nagoya, Japan in 1947, began operations in Toyoake factory in 1956. Specializing in ice makers, refrigeration units, dispensers, and equipment for sushi restaurants, Hoshizaki products are known for their reliability, sustainability, and precision.
